Shipping costs for your order will be added to your order as follows:
Shipping costs show up as $0 because if we allow the website to use it's built in shipping charges, the prices are too high. Therefore, we are not able to price the shipping of your order until after the order has been received, pulled, packed, and weighed. We will then select the best rate from one of our main options for shipping your order. This will be added to the cost of your order and charged on your credit card with the complete order. If you desire other options, please contact us.
Other Shipping Information:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package, the requested shipping speed, and the travel distance per various shippers rate and zone charts. Shipping is offered through FEDEX, UPS, USPS, or other freight companies. If another shipping method is desired, please contact our office. We will do our best to ship the most economical and quickest way possible.
For your protection, we track and insure orders. In the unlikely event that an
order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS or FEDEX
directly. You should also notify us immediately if you receive products damaged
in shipping, and take a picture of the damaged delivery if possible. We will
make sure you are taken care of.
*** PLEASE NOTE: Because the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. It may not not be possible for you utilize the tracking features when shipping via USPS. Please contact us if you are an international customer and your package has not arrived within 45 days.
When can I expect to receive my order?
As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse in less than a few days. There are exceptions such as multiple orders for new releases during trade shows. Take into consideration the distance between our warehouse in Layton, Utah to your destination. We know you are anxious to get your orders and start creating and selling, so we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we make sure it leaves our warehouse as soon as possible. If you have a special need, please let us know and we sill do all we can to meet that need.
Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
When placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fees are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. We cannot be liable for any delays due to packages held at customs. We cannot be liable for any damages or loss of packages shipped internationally due to the carrier.
Some items may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items, therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
