How much does shipping cost?

In the continental U.S. any order ships for just $10.00 and as always any order over $100.00 is shipped *FREE* (standard shipping).

Other Shipping Areas:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package, the requested shipping speed, and the travel distance.  Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value of the order or the quantity of the items in the order.  Shipping is offered through FEDEX or USPS.  If another shipping method is desired, please contact our office.  Please remember, any orders placed in the U.S. that are over US$100.00 receive FREE (Standard) SHIPPING!

If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply use the "quick shipping calculator" in your shopping cart. Just enter your zip code and state, select your preferred shipping method, and then click the "Apply" button. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.

The following is an “estimate” of the shipping times for various shipping options.  They are to be used as a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances:

·     Standard Shipping - LEAST EXPENSIVE. Contiguous U.S. Only. 3-5 business days.

·     3-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. FEDEX 3-day Select. Estimated 3 business days.

·     2-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. FEDEX 2-Day Air. Estimated 2 business days.

·     Next-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. FEDEX Next-Day Air. Estimated 1 business day.

·     Postal Shipping - AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. 3-25 business days.

·     International - For all Canada, UK, Australia, etc. orders. USPS 5-25 business days

 

NOTE: Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day packages are given priority status and are packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, please select one of these methods. Any orders that are Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day will ship on the same business day if they are ordered before 12:00 noon MST. They will ship the next business day if they are placed after 12:00 noon MST.

Due to security alerts, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FEDEX may not honor their guaranteed delivery dates under rare extenuating circumstances.

For your protection, we track and insure orders. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS or FEDEX directly. You should also notify us immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, and take a picture of the damaged delivery if possible. We will make sure you are taken care of.

*** PLEASE NOTE: Because the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. It may not not be possible for you utilize the tracking features on mymiscme.com. Please contact us if you are an international customer and your package has not arrived within 45 days.

  

When can I expect to receive my order?

As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Currently, more than 95% of orders leave our warehouse in less than 1 business day. Take into consideration the distance between our warehouse in Layton, Utah to your destination. We know you are anxious to get your orders and start creating, so we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we make sure it leaves our warehouse fast.

Any orders that are 3-Business Day, 2-Business Day, or Next-Day are shipped the same business day if they are ordered before noon MST and will ship the next business day if they are placed after noon MST.

Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.

 

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. If you have already placed an order and would like to track it, you can also track your order directly from our website.

 

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. International orders (shipped to countries outside of the United States) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

When placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.  Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fees are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.  We cannot be liable for any delays due to packages held at customs.  We cannot be liable for any damages or loss of packages shipped internationally due to the carrier.

Some items may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items, therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
